While its quite surprising the severity of damage that can be repaired and still have a safe wheel, please note that due to different alloys used and the nature of metal fatigue, the repair process always has the potential to weaken the wheel to a certain extent. If you would like more info regarding this feel free to ask and I'll be happy to explain.
Also note: repairs to the spoke or immediate surrounding area aren't possible due to structural concerns.
